eBay is the biggest international net-shopping site and you can buy many things like small gadgets. You can pay through PayPal. PayPal can pre-paid to a seller in stead of you. Therefore you can get rid of a monkey business.
I have used eBay about 10 times but I have no experience that I have not received any goods.
Usually it takes 2-3 weeks from Hongkong to Tokyo.
